"I began my career at Twin Oaks in 2007, after graduating with a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Hartford. My role within the Technical Support Department involved working personally with clients to troubleshoot their questions, assisting in staff training, and overcoming technological hurdles. Through these experiences, I was able to build a comprehensive knowledge of our software - both from a user and architectural perspective.
Since transitioning to the Client Relations Department, I not only continue to train users on our software but also enjoy the additional role of being a resource and partner for our clients. My primary focus is working closely with owners and operators to implement the desktop bookings and scheduling module, online joining, online purchasing of personal training and classes, plus our new Advantage Suite product. Personally helping key employees understand our software to generate additional income is one of the most enjoyable aspects of being a part of Twin Oaks."
