We run free, comprehensive training sessions regularly in our Berlin, CT training center, run by experienced former club operators. You are welcome to come as often as you like.
You have access to a comprehensive training manual and/or visual tutorials. You and your employees have resources at your fingertips to provide help whenever you need it.

Charge codes, touch-screen point-of-sale functions, point-of-sale interface and accounts receivable module.
Setting up court schedules, trainers, classes, adding/changing defaults and how to utilize the program for maximum efficiency.
Templates for membership agreements, renewal forms, and liability waivers, how to utilize the program in conjunction with data entry and electronic signature capture.
We provide on-site training at no charge after installation (travel expenses may apply). Additional on-site training can be scheduled if needed.
