The class setup has been modified so you can add a live stream URL. This will allow members to login to the member portal and see classes that are offered as stream. When the member enrolls they will receive an email containing a link to the live stream class. You can also configure the system to record a usage (Virtual Class Usage) when a member  “attends” a Live Stream class.

How It Works

The count information will display on the header of your software. When a member checks into the club the 'In Club' count will update. To decrease the count you will have to manually click the minus button when someone leaves. A touchscreen works as well. If the 'In Club' count exceeds the maximum occupancy, the counter numbers will turn red to indicate the overage.

To turn on this feature for your club, follow the instructions below.

1. Open File Maintenance, click on Menu > System Defaults 
2. Choose Check-In Defaults
3. Check off the box at the bottom next to Show Members In Club Counter
